WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING AT FIT IN NEW ENGLAND?

Semi Private Training is for those that like the one on one attention from a Coach, but are looking for increased frequency and the same level of personalized programming. We develop individualized programs for our Semi Private Training Members just as we do for Personal Training Members. We use the Bridge platform to deliver your program which can be executed in studio and out depending on how many workouts you are looking to accomplish each week and what you are trying to achieve! Your Coach will work with you to adapt your programming based on your progress. Reach out to learn more!

Price: Bi-Weekly Billing

1x per week : $115 bi weekly

2x per week: : $200 bi weekly

3x per week: $249 bi weekly

PERSONAL TRAINING

All Coaches are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists or hold a higher education degree that represents the same training/knowledge. We pride ourselves on our higher education requirements which enables us to help everyone with every physiological background. All of our personal trainers have a four-year degree in a related field, are CSCS strength and conditioning certified, and/or hold a certification of equal value.
