WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING AT FIT IN NEW ENGLAND?
Semi Private Training is for those that like the one on one attention from a Coach, but are looking for increased frequency and the same level of personalized programming. We develop individualized programs for our Semi Private Training Members just as we do for Personal Training Members. We use the Bridge platform to deliver your program which can be executed in studio and out depending on how many workouts you are looking to accomplish each week and what you are trying to achieve!
