Two 45 minute Personal Training Sessions – Two Small Group Training Classes

Our 30 day trial membership is a chance to try out everything we have to offer within 30 days! The trial includes two 45min Personal Training Sessions and two Small Group Training Classes!

Personal Training:

The first Personal Training Session consists of an assessment where you will learn about musculoskeletal issues (if any), core control, and target heart rates. The second session will leave you with one workout customized to your target heart rate. At the end you will have a printout of your workout!

Small Group Training Classes:

We have 5 different styles of classes here at Fit In New England and participants can try out any two classes. We would set your class dates/times the day you sign up!

At the end of your trial you will know who we are and what we stand for! You will also have a full understanding of the expectations from each of our services! Hope to see you take advantage!
